ATLANTA, USA (10 November 2020) – The International Flight Services Association (IFSA), a global professional association serving the needs and interests of airline and railway personnel, caterers and suppliers who provide onboard services on regularly scheduled travel routes, announced their 2021-2022 Board of Directors.
The new Board was named during the association’s Annual Business Meeting (ABM) held during the 2021 IFSA EXPO. During the ABM, IFSA members heard operational, financial, and strategic updates directly from the association’s officers, directors, and staff.
“As the global aviation market works toward recovery, IFSA is delighted to welcome one new board member who offers expertise, new ideas, and fresh energy to further our mission during these unparalleled times,” said Lauren Costello, IFSA Executive Director. “We have worked diligently to ensure IFSA’s board and leadership represents the needs of our members and we trust that this new board is equipped to do so.”
Newly elected member to the 2021-2022 Board include Mike Henny of Delta Air Lines. Darren Bott of Emirates, Dirk Kleer of LSG Group and Vanessa Lindstrom of United Airlines were re-elected to the Board.
