ATLANTA, USA (10 November 2020) – The International Flight Services Association (IFSA), a global professional association serving the needs and interests of airline and railway personnel, caterers and suppliers who provide onboard services on regularly scheduled travel routes, announced their 2020-2021 Board of Directors.
The new Board was named during the association’s first digital Annual Business Meeting (ABM). The virtual nature of the meeting allowed record member participation. During the ABM, IFSA members heard operational, financial and strategic updates directly from the association’s officers, directors, and staff.
“As the global aviation market works toward recovery, IFSA is delighted to welcome three new board members who offer expertise, new ideas, and fresh energy to further our mission during these unparalleled times,” said Lauren Costello, IFSA Executive Director. “We have worked diligently to ensure IFSA’s board and leadership represents the needs of our members and we trust that this new board is equipped to do so.”
Newly elected members to the 2020-2021 Board include Dulce Martin of Adulce Group LLC, Matrix de Vries of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and Andrew Yiu of Air Canada. Dan Day of AMI Inflight was re-elected to the Board.
